Preeminent Healthcare, LLC in Hazelwood, Missouri specializes in providing in-home care to people with special needs. Our team of health professionals will take good care of your loved ones who are elderly and differently-abled individuals. We serve clients in St. Louis County and St. Charles County.

What We Offer

Our agency fosters an environment of optimal health for all clients served. Preeminent Healthcare in-home caregiving services ensure wellness, healthy aging and caregiver support and uphold the trauma-informed tenets of safety, respect, and a choice provider approach. Both direct and indirect staff receive trauma-informed care training and therefore uphold the tenet of trauma-awareness. Preeminent Healthcare provides 3 levels of support:

    • In-home caregiving  
    • Advanced Personal Care 
  • Respite Services 

In-home services include performing light housekeeping, preparing meals and eating assistance, assisting with bathing and dressing, helping with personal hygiene, and providing medication reminders for older adults and persons with disabilities.


Our in-home caregiving also provides caregivers support with navigating health and social support systems, provide community resources, identifying financial aid sources to support their loved ones, education on stress management and caregiving.


Our agency will make every attempt to provide the best care possible to all participants, one of the ways we will do this is procure a support system for staff, as they provide support to your loved ones Preeminent Healthcare has adopted holistic training/trauma informed strategies to support our staff as they navigate work and their own trauma histories: 

  • Coaching to build capacity and workforce readiness
  • Reflective supervision or the regular collaborative reflection between a service provider and supervisor that employs the use of their thoughts, feelings, and values. 
  • Connect staff with needed resources whenever there are patterns that reflect under-performance (e.g. food pantries, women shelter, if an employee is consistently late work with them to find reliable transportation)
  • Shift from performance-based to a values-based in the employee review process
